Support

What we do:

Members of The Truth Fellowship serve in three main areas: counseling pastors, training leaders, and consulting on ordination. These efforts flow from the combined experience and biblical convictions of seasoned church leaders who aim to support others in ministry.

Counseling

We counsel pastors through difficult situations

Local churches sometimes face challenges that require outside wisdom. This can be because of internal conflict, doctrinal drift, denominational pressure, moral compromise or many others. The Truth Fellowship offers seasoned counsel to pastors or other Church leaders who find themselves in such moments. Our aim is not to take over, but to come alongside. The goal is to offer third-party clarity, courage, and biblical insight for shepherds navigating complex terrain.

Training

We train leaders to address today’s cultural issues

The cultural moment is pressing in. From questions of gender and justice to the role of government and the mission of the Church, pastors must speak clearly where the Bible speaks clearly. Truth Fellowship members are committed to equipping others to speak with biblical conviction and pastoral wisdom, without compromise or apology. This may take the form of teaching sessions, local workshops, conference talks, or personal mentoring relationships.

Ordination Consultation

We conduct ordination interviews alongside local Church leadership

Ordination is a sacred moment. It’s not a rubber stamp, but a serious recognition of character, calling, and doctrinal soundness. Truth Fellowship members assist local churches in this process by participating in ordination interviews, offering theological evaluation, and helping ensure that candidates are biblically grounded and pastorally prepared. We believe ordination should be local, rigorous, and meaningful. We believe the local church is the one who ordains a pastor or leader. Truth Fellowship does not ordain. We are a network of experienced pastors and church leaders who have a high view of Scripture and believe God’s Word speaks clearly to real life. If you want to confirm that your pastoral candidate shares these values, we can help. We ask the hard questions, offer honest feedback, and give input when needed.
