About The Truth Fellowship

Is TTF a denomination?

No, The Truth Fellowship is not a denomination. We are an advisory network of pastors and leaders committed to strengthening others in biblical truth, but we do not provide oversight or governance of churches.

Is this a discernment ministry?

While we address doctrinal compromise and name harmful trends or institutions, we are not a discernment ministry. Our focus is on building up pastors through mentorship, training, and direct counsel.

Are you a missions agency?

No, we are not a missions agency. Our mission is to support and equip pastors within their existing contexts, not to send missionaries or start mission fields.

Are you affiliated with any specific denomination?

No, our members come from a variety of backgrounds and affiliations, including former denominational pastors. We are united not by structure, but by shared convictions on Scripture and pastoral faithfulness. Anyone who agrees with these shared convictions are welcome to join from any denominational background.

Do you plant churches or oversee church leadership?

We do not plant churches or exercise authority over any. However, we encourage and advise local pastors who are leading faithfully or considering new works.

Is there any formal membership process for churches?

Yes, a basic but meaningful membership process is being formed to ensure alignment and integrity. Those interested in joining The Truth Fellowship are asked to:

  • Submit an email and fill out an onboarding questionnaire.
  • Complete a 30–60 minute interview with a TTF member to clarify mutual understanding.
  • Provide references who will be contacted regarding character and capability.
  • Allow for a summary of this information to be shared with existing members, who will vote on the candidate’s inclusion.
Is The Truth Fellowship a governing body?

No, we are not a governing authority. Local church autonomy is respected, and we only offer counsel and support when invited.

Is The Truth Fellowship a reform movement?

We are a relational fellowship rather than an institution or campaign. Our approach centers on mentoring, collaboration, and local church encouragement rather than organizational expansion or branding.

Purpose and Vision

What is the mission of The Truth Fellowship

The Truth Fellowship is a network of pastors and Christian leaders committed to proclaiming God’s Word with clarity, courage, and care. Our mission is to help pastors stand strong and take ground in the truth war. We do this through biblical counsel, cultural training, and ordination support.

What do you mean by “the truth war”?

We believe pastors must not only hold firm to biblical truth but also speak into cultural confusion with clarity and courage. Taking ground means proactively shepherding people in truth rather than retreating in silence.

What kinds of people typically connect with TTF?

Pastors who are committed to biblical authority, expositional preaching, and cultural clarity are drawn to this fellowship.

How do you define “truth” and how does it guide your ministry focus?

Truth is defined by the inspired, inerrant Word of God. We believe the Bible speaks clearly and sufficiently to both the internal life of the church and the external issues facing society.

Activities and Involvement

What happens at the annual Truth Conference?

The Truth Conference is a time for teaching, fellowship, and strategic discussion. It includes preaching, breakout conversations, and opportunities for collaboration among like-minded leaders.

What is the format of the monthly Zoom gatherings?

We hold informal Zoom meetings on the first Tuesday of each month for members of The Truth Fellowship. These are times for prayer, encouragement, updates, and ongoing connection for like-minded leaders who are engaged in faithful Gospel ministry.

What does TTF mentoring look like?

Mentoring is typically one-on-one, either online or in person, and focused on specific areas of need or gifting. The Truth Fellowship members pour into younger leaders, helping shape them into courageous, truth-grounded pastors.

Do you offer training?

Yes. We train pastors to apply the Bible to contemporary cultural issues, and to do so boldly and biblically. This includes topics many avoid due to social pressure or institutional constraints.

How can someone get involved?
